Is this really for beginners?

Yes. This is for beginners who are READY to take action. Most of my students started with zero real estate experience. The program is designed to walk you through each step for flipping property, buying rentals & securing business credit. You must be open to learning a new skill.

Can I really make $75k on ONE fix & flip property?

Yes. You can make $75k+ on ONE flipped property. Working with my students, we have a $50k minimum for flipping property. Once you understand how to analyze your project, you'll know the potential ROI on every deal.

How long will it take before I can do my first rehab project?

Most of my students are purchasing their first property in 45 - 60 days after completing the program. We are there with you every step of the way, walking you through the entire process of finding, funding & flipping property.

How long does it take to create $100k in passive income?

Every student that comes through my program, gets a 3-year plan to financial freedom. If you follow the plan, within 3 years or less, you'll have $100k+ in passive income. Some students are able to get there quicker than others, depending on their financial situation, the amount of time invested & how quickly they understand the process. We are with you every step of the way.

Can I use my 401k to invest in real estate?

Yes. Several of my students have used their 401k to fund their real estate projects. With 401k, you can use up to $50k or half of the total in your account, whichever is less. Example: If you have $80k in your 401K, you can use up to $40k. If you have over $100k, you can use up to $50k.

How long does it take to secure $50k in business credit?

If you follow our step-by-step process, you can secure $50k+ in business capital within 90 days or less. Once your business is structured properly, you can start securing business credit.
